I remember the the first time I felt imposter syndrome while I was learning to code.

I was attempting to make a webpage where a small red ball would bounce around the screen.

This task seemed trivial, yet in reality became extremely difficult for me to complete.

My skills as a programmer simply weren’t there yet and my knowledge of the tools I was using was minimal at best.

I thought about giving up.

I felt stupid and useless.

I could’ve quit… but I didn’t – and here I stand before you today, a full time web developer.
